Job Title: QA Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead our QA team and ensure the quality of our products and services. The QA Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies, standards, and processes to ensure our products meet the highest levels of quality and compliance. Additionally, the QA Manager will oversee the testing and evaluation of products, identify areas for improvement, and work with cross-functional teams to address quality issues.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement QA policies, standards, and procedures to ensure product quality.
2. Lead and manage a team of QA professionals to conduct testing, analysis, and evaluation of products.
3. Establish and maintain quality metrics to track and report on product quality performance.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive quality improvement initiatives.
5. Develop and execute test plans and strategies to ensure product functionality, performance, and reliability.
6. Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
7. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to quality assurance.
