## Core Responsibilities
- Develop, own, and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, content, product marketing, and
demand generation channels to drive pipeline growth and brand awareness
- Lead and mentor a team of 4–6 marketing specialists, including content writers, paid media coordinators,
and marketing operations analysts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align messaging,
launch go-to-market campaigns, and support revenue objectives
- Oversee the full marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget
- Manage and optimize marketing budget allocation across paid search, social, events, and content
syndication channels
- Drive account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting enterprise accounts in partnership with the Sales
Development team
- Analyze campaign performance using CRM and marketing analytics platforms, presenting insights and
recommendations to senior leadership on a bi-weekly basis
- Oversee SEO/SEM strategy and website performance in coordination with the digital marketing team
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and technology vendors
- Champion NovaStellar's brand voice and ensure consistency across all customer-facing communications
and touchpoints
- Lead planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, including trade shows, webinars, and
executive roundtables

## Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 6–9 years of progressive marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a people management orteam lead role
- Proven track record of building and executing demand generation or growth marketing programs within a
B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment
- Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and experience driving measurable pipeline contribution
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and CRM
systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and reporting; ability to translate complex performance data into
clear, actionable insights
- Experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and
programmatic channels
- Solid understanding of ABM frameworks and tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation ability
- Experience managing external agency relationships and vendor contracts
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced
environment
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, web analytics (Google Analytics 4), and basic HTML/CMS platforms
(e.g., WordPress, Webflow) is a plus

## Salary Range
**$105,000 – $135,000 annually**
Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and market data. This range reflects the base
salary for this position. Eligible employees may also participate in NovaStellar's annual performance bonus
program.

## Physical Demands / Work Environment
This position is classified as a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two (2) in-office days per week at
NovaStellar's Austin, TX headquarters. The work environment is primarily office-based and sedentary in
nature.- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while operating a computer and
attending virtual or in-person meetings
- Occasional lifting or moving of materials up to 20 lbs. may be required during event setup or office activities
- This role may require up to 15% domestic travel for conferences, client events, and internal team meetings
- Employees must be able to operate standard office equipment including computers, monitors, printers, and
audiovisual tools
