- Assist in the preparation for trials, hearings, and depositions, including the organization of exhibits and witness lists.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards in all legal matters.
- Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher in Paralegal Studies, Legal Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
