We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of HR to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies that align with our business goals while fostering a culture of engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement. This role requires a deep understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational development, as well as the ability to drive change and influence at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership:Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's objectives and enhance organizational performance.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related matters.
- Talent Acquisition and Management:Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Design and implement talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Employee Engagement and Culture:Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Compensation and Benefits:Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the organization's offerings remain competitive.
- Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
- Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts as needed.
- Training and Development:Oversee the design and implementation of training programs to support employee growth and development.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- HR Analytics and Reporting:Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Prepare and present reports to the executive team on HR performance and key initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR) preferred.
- Minimum of [X] years of progressive HR experience, with [X] years in a leadership role.
